Panaji, Jan. 19 -- Goa Governor Mridula Sinha inaugurated Constitution Week coordinated by Directorate of Higher Education, Department of Political science, and V M Salgaonkar College of law, G R Kare College of Law supported by Directorate of Education, Directorate of Panchayats, Directorate of Municipal Administration, Collectorate North and South Goa at Goa University on Friday.
Addressing the gathering, Ms Sinha expressed her happiness over the celebration of Constitution Week and said this was the second consecutive year that Goa was celebrating Constitution Week and Goa was first state to celebrate it.
