Mahfuzur Rahman of International Business department as chief returning officer along with a 15-member advisory committee to conduct the long- awaited Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) election and Hall Union elections
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman has appointed professor Mahfuz under the section 8(e) of the existing DUCSU constitution.
