Mumbai, Jan. 9 -- LORD Corporation, a global diversified technology and manufacturing company, hit a new financial milestone by achieving $1 billion in sales in 2018.
LORD, which commenced operations as a small family business 95 years ago, has grown into a global enterprise with more than 3,000 employees in 26 countries.
"LORD had a momentous year in 2018. Not only did we win our biggest contract in company history with Boeing, we also celebrated growth across the globe, including an $80 million investment to expand our Saegertown, Pa. facility and the opening of a $12 million state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pont de l'Isere, France," says Ed Auslander, President and CEO, LORD Corporation.
