WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- Pepco is continuing to apply maximum resources to restore power to customers impacted by Hurricane Sandy. The company expects to have 90 percent of outages from the storm restored by 8 a.m. on Wednesday, with the remaining customers to be restored by late evening on Wednesday. At the height of the storm, about 44,000 customers were without service. In the past 24 hours, Pepco has resolved more than 100,000 outages. Currently, there are about 12,000 customers without power.
