New Delhi, Jan. 10 -- External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj on Wednesday called for "zero tolerance" against terrorism and those practising it as an "instrument of convenience".

She, at the Raisina Dialogue conference in the national capital restated India's commitment to upholding territorial ethics and sovereignty. She also stated its stand that border issues can be resolved by mutual understandings when approached in the right spirit and hostility-free environment.
