India, Jan. 15 -- The internet search engine and technology giant Google dedicates today's sketch doodle to Sake Dean Mahomed - an entrepreneur of the UK who popularised the traditional India cuisines and bathing practices among the British. Google has wished him, "Happy Birthday, Sake Dean Mahomed!"

It was on in 1794, he published his book based on the experiences to become the first Indian author in the UK to publish a book based on entrepreneurship.

He was a man of many parts. He opened an Indian restaurant in the UK, a spa for the rich and the Hindostanee Coffee House.
