Jammu, Jan. 16 -- Wreath laying ceremony of Border Security Force (BSF) Assistant Commandant Vinay Prasad was performed in Jammu today. He lost his life in a sniper attack from across border in Jammu and Kashmir' Kathua. Assistant Commandant Vinay Prasad was hit by a bullet around 10:50 am close to the International Border.
