Tashkent, Feb. 6 -- Ignatiy Nesterov, one of Uzbek football's finest goalkeepers, set up a goalkeeper school with the Uzbekistan Football Association. The school aims to address the shortage of skilled goalkeepers in Uzbek football.

It caters to children aged 8 and above, where seasoned goalkeepers impart crucial skills needed for the position. Training focuses on ball handling, positioning, reactions, and teamwork, ensuring young goalkeepers receive valuable guidance to minimize errors during crucial matches.
