CERR: housing rent in Tashkent fell by 5%
Tashkent, April 18 -- In March, the average cost of housing in the secondary market increased by 0.5% in Uzbekistan, the Center for Economic Research and Reforms reports.
The year-on-year price increase totaled 14.1%. Housing prices increased most strongly over the year in Bukhara, Tashkent and Khorezm regions, where prices rose by an average of a quarter.
Average prices for secondary housing in Tashkent for a month rose by 0.2% and was $ 1142 per square meter. The highest growth was recorded in Bektemir, Almazar and Sergeli districts. Compared to March last year, secondary housing in the capital rose in price by 14%.
