ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 1 -- United States Patent no. 11,969,378, issued on April 30, was assigned to EYEECO HOLDINGS LLC (Blue Bell, Pa.).
"System for treatment of eye conditions" was invented by Suzanne Paulson (Temecula, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A dry eye treatment device is provided having a mask defining a treatment cavity which is positionable on a face of a user over the eyes. A temperature altering pack such as a gel pack is positionable within the treatment cavity and a fabric cover may surround the gel pack and have medication absorbed or placed upon the fabric material."
The patent was filed on Oct. 22, 2019, under Application No. 16/660,340.
