Pune, April 27 -- Day temperatures were were markedly above normal (5.1degC or more) at a few places over Gangetic West Bengal and Bihar; at isolated places over sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim; appreciably above normal (3.1degC to 5.0degC) at many places over Rayalaseema; at a few places over Odisha, Telangana, Jharkhand and at isolated places over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura; above normal (1.6degC to 3.0degC) at a few
places over Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh; at isolated places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Yanam, Interior Karnataka, Konkan and Goa and Kerala and Mahe.
