Beijing, March 29 -- China's national observatory on Friday continued to issue a blue alert for gales, as strong winds of varying intensity are expected to lash parts of the country.
From 8 a.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday, strong winds are forecast to hit some areas in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Hebei, Jilin and Gansu provinces, according to the National Meteorological Center.
Meanwhile, parts of the Yellow Sea will experience high-intensity gales during this period, according to the meteorological center.
