India, Feb. 26 -- Vidya Prakash is a dentist-turned-miniature artist by passion. She recreates the magic of the yesteryears with miniature illustrations based on childhood memories, Indian culture and traditions. To sweeten the deal, all proceeds of her work are channelled towards children's education.

T+L India: How did you come up with the concept of miniature dolls?

Vidya Prakash: It all started seven years back when my daughter had to create a mini bakery stand. I jumped in to help because she was too young to use blades and knives.
