Nigeria, March 4 -- The warehouse belonged to the Federal Capital Development Authority. The police spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, mentioned this in a statement on Sunday in Abuja.

She explained that among those arrested were two security guards who worked for the warehouse.

They were part of the group that damaged the warehouse in Tasha, Abuja. The police found 26 bags of maize, five motorcycles, and some damaged aluminum roofing sheets with the suspects.

Adeh said, "The FCT police knew about the sudden attack on the Agric Department Strategic food store in Tasha, Abuja, on March 3. This resulted in damage and looting of the warehouse. But now, things are back to normal, and the situation is under control."
