Srinagar, March 30 -- World famous ski resort Gulmarg recorded a fresh snowfall while the rains lashed the plains of Kashmir.

Gulmarg and Sonamarg are among the few areas where light snowfall has occurred today under the influence of a Western Disturbance that affected J&K from today.

Residents in Srinagar navigated the rain with umbrellas and raincoats as they embarked on their daily routines amidst the downpour.

The local Meteorological department in Srinagar has predicted chances of rain and snowfall at many places until March 30.

Despite cloudy skies across most parts of the Jammu division, temperatures remained relatively high, with Jammu recording a minimum temperature of 18.8 degrees Celsius and Srinagar at 9.8 degrees Celsius....
