Nigeria, May 5 -- The first batch of 3,102 people, which will be performing this year's hajj from the state, will be airlifted from Babatunde Idiagbon International Airport, Ilorin, to Saudi Arabia on May 20, 2024.

Abdulsalam Abdulkadir, the executive secretary of Kwara State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, while disclosing this on Saturday in Ilorin during an enlightenment programme organised for the intending pilgrims, said the intending pilgrims would be vaccinated and collect their luggage on Tuesday.
