Dhaka, April 30 -- Wednesday (April 30) is the 39th death anniversary of Seraj Uddin Ahmed, founder chairman of Elite Paint Group of Companies, says a statement.

He was also the founder director of Arab Bangladesh Bank Ltd, former president of the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industries (CCCI) and former chairman of the Tea Traders Association of Bangladesh.

A du'a mahfil followed by ziafat will be held at Golf Garden, Army Golf Club in Dhaka. A similar programme will also be held in Chattogram.
