The Commander, Security Forces - Jaffna (SF - J), Major General M.G.W.W.W.M.C.B Wickramasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, met with the Honorable Governor for the Northern Province, Mrs. P.S.M Charles, on 19 February 2024 at the Governor's Secretariat.
During the meeting, the Commander, SF - J briefed the Governor on the security and humanitarian activities persisting in Jaffna and Kilinochchi. The Governor expressed her concern about developing skills of women-led families, assisting them financially to uplift their wellbeing.
