4 Sri Lanka Armoured Corps (4 SLAC) recently inaugurated its newly-constructed Auditorium and Tactical and Technical Training Arena on 02 April 2024 at the unit premises in Clappenburg during a brief ceremony presided by Major General S.W.M Fernando WWV RWP RSP VSV USP ndc psc, the Commander, Security Forces - West and Colonel Commandant of SLAC.
The new auditorium will provide a comfortable training environment for the troops of 4 SLAC and visiting delegations from various Tri-Service establishments. The auditorium has a seating capacity for 200.
