KATHMANDU, March 27 -- The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) has blacklisted 22 firms, including 19 construction companies, barring them from participating in public procurement processes. The blacklisted entities are from various sectors, from construction to legal services, clothing supply, and information technology.

Among the blacklisted companies, 19 are construction firms, with one each from the legal, fashion, and technical sectors. These firms have been banned from engaging in public contracts for durations ranging from one to three years.
