AMBIKAPUR, Feb. 14 -- Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday pledged to ensure Minimum Support Price (MSP) to farmers if their INDIA grouping is voted to power in the Lok Sabha elections.

Addressing a gathering here, he said farmers in country were not getting the price they deserve. He said his party will implement the M.S. Swaminathan Commission report if the alliance formed government after the general elections.

Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Nyaye Yatra, a mass outreach programme, earlier entered Amikapur to a grand welcome from supporters and Congress leaders led by former Deputy Chief Minister T.S. Singh Deo.
