KOCHI, Feb. 27 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi is flying down to Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday morning to announce the names of the four Indian astronauts selected for the Gaganyaan Mission (the country's first ever manned space mission).

The Prime Minister will proceed to Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre (VSSC) from Thiruvananthapuram Airport and spend one hour at the hub of India's space research program.

An interctive session with the scientists and engineers engaged in the human flight mission is the main agenda of the Prime Minister's itinerary.
