Kolkata, April 30 -- Bengal Chief Minister continued to rain fire on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, this time calling him a Prachar Babu whose Government was on its way out if the first two phases of polling were any indication.
"The sluggish rate of polling in the first two phases of elections have given a clear election that this Government is going out despite the Prachar Babu's slogan of India Rising," Banerjee told in an election rally at Khargram in Murshidabad comparing Modi with former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee.
