New Delhi, May 5 -- Former Delhi Assembly Speaker and Minister in then Sheila Dikshit regime, Dr Yoganand Shastri joined the Congress on Saturday in the presence of AICC General Secretary and In-charge of Delhi Congress Deepak Babaria and Delhi Congress interim president Devender Yadav. Shastri joined the Congress on a day when former Delhi Congress president Arvinder Singh Lovely along with four prominent leaders joined the saffron party.
