RAIPUR, Feb. 14 -- The Chhattisgarh government has provided a facility for beneficiaries to know the status of their application of the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, it was announced on Tuesday.
Through the Women and Child Development Department link at mahtarivandan.cgstate.gov.in, the applicants can know the status of their forms by entering their registered mobile number or Aadhaar number, an official statement said.
As many as 51.16 lakh women in Chhattisgarh have applied for the Mahtari Vandan Yojana.
Under the scheme, married women will get Rs 1,000 a month from March 1.
Married women domiciled in Chhattisgarh and aged above 21 as of January 1, 2024 are eligible along with widows, divorced and abandoned women.
