New Delhi, Feb. 24 -- In a step to acknowledge the dedication of men who risk their lives to facilitate electricity to our homes, industries or any facilities, the Central Electricity Authority (CEA) in collaboration with Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd (Tata Power-DDL) would be honouring and felicitating 'Linesmen' for their tireless efforts in ensuring seamless and round-the-clock electricity.
To be celebrated 'Linesman Diwas' a special event has been planned for March 4 which will bring together representatives of several power distribution companies from across the country at one place. This will be fourth anniversary year of Lineman Diwas which was started in peak of pandemic.
