BHOPAL, Feb. 14 -- n Taking strict action Bhopal Municipal Corporation stopped the water supply of Rani Kamlapati Railway Station (RKMP). This action was taken due to non-payment of dues of service charge amounting to Rs 72.53 lakh.

Earlier, the Municipal Corporation had issued a notice on February 8 and given information regarding the said action.

At around 12 noon on Monday, the corporation staff stopped the water supply located on the side of the track near the Ganesh temple. After this the railway officials came into action. Railway officials met the Municipal Corporation Commissioner in the afternoon. After settlement regarding payment, water supply was restored at 8 pm.
