BHUBANESWAR, Feb. 9 -- To expedite the decision of the Union Health Ministry to impart life saving CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) for common people, AIIMS Bhubaneswar organised a three-day workshop to provide CPR training to women (National Service Scheme) NSS volunteers.
The event organised in collaboration with the State Higher Education Department, was designed specifically for NSS women volunteers from 10 aspirational districts of the State. AIIMS Bhubaneswar Executive Director Dr Ashutosh Biswas along with noted social activist Padmashree Tulasi Munda inaugurated it on Tuesday.
