New Delhi, April 18 -- The Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's private secretary Bibhav Kumar has been asked to vacate his Government quarter in Civil Lines area following the order of Kumar's termination of service passed by Vigilance department's Special Secretary YVVJ Rajshekhar on April 10.

In a letter dated Tuesday, the Director of Allotment of Public Works department Ashish Kumar wrote, "As per Sub Rule 2 (1) of Rule 11 of GNCTD Allotment of Government Residences (General Pool) Rules, 1977, the maximum permissible period to retain the government residence in case of "Resignation, dismissal or removal from service, termination of service or unauthorised absence without permission" is one month."
