BHUBANEWAR, March 18 -- In view of the Model Code of Conduct coming into force from with the announcement of the Lok Sabha and State Assembly election dates, the Grievance Cell of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik would remain closed from Monday.
The closure would continue till the end of the election process.
