Ranchi, Feb. 10 -- BJP Ranchistate spokesperson Pratul Shahdeo hit back at JMM saying that the situation of constitutional crisis in the state was created by the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha-led government. Pratul said that for the first time in the history of the country, a shameful incident happened when an elected Chief Minister remained absconding for 40 hours due to fear of the law and order.
