HAZARIBAG, April 28 -- There has been a lot of delay in the judicial system due to lack of court fee stamp continuously for the last two years.Black marketing of vendors is also at its peak and regarding all this, a press conference was held at Hazaribagh Bar Office on Saturday and an appeal was made to the administration to ensure the availability of court fee stamp as soon as possible.Due to shortage of tickets, stamp vendors are continuously black marketing the tickets.Bar Association President Rajkumar Raju said that due to shortage of stamps, judicial work is being hampered a lot.Despite getting bail, the people in jail are not able to get bail due to lack of court fees.
