Bhubaneswar, April 29 -- Popular Bhojpuri actress Amrita Pandey aka Annapurna was found dead under mysterious circumstances in her apartment in Bhagalpur in Bihar.

According to a report in Amar Ujal, Amrita Pandey was found hanging from a ceiling fan. Her family members found her hanging with a saree at Divya Dham apartment in Adampur areas. She was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where she was declared dead.

Shockingly, the actress had shared a cryptic note on her WhatsApp status just a few hours before her death.

"Do naav me savaar thi uski zindagi, humne apni naav duba ke uska safar aasaan kar diya (His life was on two boats, so I made his path easier by sinking my boat)," read her social media post.
