Bhubaneswar, April 24 -- A short stint in the cash-rich Indian Premier League (IPL) has changed the career of many youngsters. Current Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson has a similar story to narrate.

Sanju's father was a police constable at Delhi Police. Like his father, Sanju Samson also dreamed of working in the same department and wanted to be a police officer. However, his father wanted him to become a cricketer.
