Bhubaneswar, April 25 -- No respite seems to be near from the prevailing heat wave condition in Odisha as the mercury level is likely to soar further by 4-6 degree Celsius in several parts of the State in the next five days, reports said.

The Regional Meteorological Centre Bhubaneswar has further predicted that due to the prevailing Northwesterly to Westerly dry air and high solar isolation, the day temperature is very likely to be above 40 degree Celsius at many places over the districts of coastal Odisha during these five days.
