Kent State University doubles its plant-based pledge ahead of National Nutrition Month
Washington, Feb. 23 -- Kent State University, in collaboration with the Forward Food program at the Humane Society of the United States, has set a goal to serve 30% plant-based meals in both its residential and retail operations by 2026. This increased commitment follows the university surpassing its initial goal to provide 15% plant-based offerings in its residential facilities.
