Afghanistan, Feb. 10 -- Russian Special Presidential Representative for Afghanistan, Zamir Kabulov, is set to participate in a forthcoming international meeting of special representatives convened by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres in Doha.

Kabulov, who also directs the Foreign Ministry's Second Asian Department, disclosed the schedule for the meeting, scheduled for February 18-19.

He, representing Russia, says he'll be at a meeting about Afghanistan. He wants to help fix Afghanistan's problems, showing Russia is actively involved.
