Afghanistan, May 2 -- Rafaela Iodice, the European Union official in Afghanistan, says the EU has contributed 15 million euros to combat climate change and assist vulnerable women in Afghanistan.

She stated this on Thursday, May 2nd, in a message posted on her social media platform from X, mentioning that Afghanistan is the most vulnerable country to climate change.

According to Iodice, Peteris Ustubs, Head of Asia, Central Asia, Middle East, and Pacific Division of the European Union, signed the document for this aid during his trip to Afghanistan.
