Hyderabad, April 17 -- An unidentified man died after being struck by an MMTS train while walking on the tracks.
According to Kachiguda Railway Head Constable, Chimnanyak, the incident occurred when an unidentified man, aged around 50, was crossing the tracks at the end of Kachiguda railway station on Wednesday. The MMTS train collided with him, resulting in his immediate demise.
Upon receiving the information, the railway police promptly arrived at the scene and transferred the body to Osmania Hospital for post-mortem examination. The deceased was wearing a grey T-shirt and blue trousers and was approximately 5.5 feet in height. The body has been preserved at the OGH mortuary for identification.
