Hyderabad, April 16 -- BJP Rajya Sabha member Dr K Laxman has said that the people will teach the ruling Congress party a lesson for trying to evade the implementation of the guarantees by using the Model Code of Conduct for the Lok Sabha elections as an excuse.
Speaking to media persons here on Tuesday, Laxman claimed that the people were angry with the Congress government and would show their anger in the Lok Sabha elections to be held next month.
