Hyderabad, April 6 -- BRS MLC K Kavitha has petitioned Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court against the CBI's inquiry into the Delhi liquor case.

In response, the CBI requested the court for time to file a counter-affidavit in Kavita's case. The court granted the CBI permission to submit the affidavit by April 10.

During the hearing at Delhi's Rouse Avenue court, the CBI lawyer queried Kavita's lawyer about the basis for seeking a halt to the interrogation.
