Hyderabad, April 12 -- Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay remarked that despite a change in government in Telangana, the condition of farmers remains unchanged. He criticized the Congress party for coming to power on false promises.
Sanjay inspected the rice grain purchase centre in Sankepalli, Vemulawada Urban Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla district, on Friday.
During his visit, farmers conveyed their grievances to MP Bandi Sanjay, citing instances where agriculture officials were not procuring paddy. Sanjay highlighted that the promises made by the Congress government to farmers have yet to be fulfilled. He urged the state government to expedite the purchase of paddy and extend support to the farming community.
