NAINITAL, India, May 14 -- Uttarakhand High Court issued the following order on April 15:
Mr. Parikshit Saini, learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Mr. Rajeev Singh Bisht, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.
3. Issue notice to respondent nos.3 and 4, returnable within six weeks.
4. Steps to be taken within a week.
5. Learned counsel for the State prays for and is granted six weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
6. Further two weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioners for filing rejoinder affidavit.
7. List this case on 03.07.2024.
