NEW DELHI, April 27 -- Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal issued the following order:
1. Counsel appearing for respondent no.1 as well as counsel appearing for respondent nos.7 and 8 is seeking time to file reply. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that notice has been issued but no reply has been filed by the respondents. As a last chance, respondent no.1 may file reply on or before next date of hearing. Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 7 and 8 in B.P. No. 536 of 2020 is also granted time to file Vakalatnama as well as reply by respondent nos. 7 and 8 till the next date of hearing.
2. This petition has been filed for the recovery of Rs.2,18,02,472/- from the respondent.
