SHILLONG, India, May 6 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment on April 25:
This is an application on behalf of the applicant/writ petitioner for impleading the Deputy Commissioner, West Garo Hills as party respondent in No. 4. The same is not objected to by the State counsel present or by the other respondent.
Accordingly, the Deputy Commissioner, West Garo Hills, Meghalaya is impleaded and arrayed as Respondent No. 4 in the main writ petition.
Misc. Case accordingly stands disposed of.
