SHILLONG, India, May 6 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 25:

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Ms. G.C. Marboh, learned counsel on behalf of the writ petitioner submits that a rejoinder affidavit will not be necessary, in view of the statements that have been made on the affidavit of the State respondents, more particularly at Para - 1(e), wherein the cause for the delay in the processing of the pension papers of the deceased employee have been indicated. She prays that the matter can be disposed of, at this stage by allowing the State respondents some time to correct the said discrepancy and to process the said pension papers.
