1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pathargama P.S. Case No.59/2023, registered for the alleged offence under Section 420/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 63/65 of the Copy Right Act (Amended) 1957, pending in the Court of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda.
