1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.195 of 2018, registered for the alleged offence under Section 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra.
