1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Daily Market P.S. Case No. 17 of 2022, for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120-B, 188, 295A, 153AA, 153A, 341, 332, 333, 353, 307, 379, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act and Section 3/4 of Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
