RANCHI, India, May 6 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 8:
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 174 of 2018, arising out of Mango P.S. Case No. 13 of 2018, for the offence registered under sections 376 (2)(i)/376(D) of the Indian Penal Code reads with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (POCSO) Act at Jamshedpur.
